Client Snapshot

  • Industry: Relationship Therapy – Private Pay Practice
  • Services: Brand Positioning + Messaging + Website + Conversion Strategy
  • Timeline: Strategic + Execution Engagement
  • Deliverables: Positioning system, brand voice, website structure and content

The Challenge

Enrich Relationship Center offered senior-level clinical expertise, but their brand and website didn’t reflect it. Messaging leaned toward generic therapy language, making them indistinguishable from lower-tier providers and attracting misaligned inquiries.

Our Approach

We redefined their positioning as a practice-led, expertise-first organization and rebuilt their messaging system from the ground up. This included removing therapy clichés, establishing strict voice guardrails, and designing a website that communicates authority, clarity, and clinical rigor.

The Outcome

  • Clear, defensible premium positioning
  • Messaging aligned with actual level of expertise
  • Stronger differentiation from general therapy practices
  • Improved quality of inquiries and referral alignment
  • Internal clarity and consistency across the team
